Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package (16 ounces) powder sugar
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Beat powder sugar, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and lemon peel with electric mixer on low until well blend. Frost cupcakes or cake. Garnish with additional grated lemon peel.
Yield: Frost 24 cupcakes or 1 cake
